• Built from a blank page, not a template. Your site shouldn't look like nine hundred other plumbers' sites with the logo swapped out.
• Made to be found. Clean structure, quick loading, proper titles on every page. Search engines get every reason to show you.
• Phone-first. Somebody hunting for a barber or an electrician is almost always on their phone, so that's the screen I design for first.
• Launch handled too. Domain, hosting, email forwarding if you want it. The finish line is a live site, not a folder of files you're left to figure out.
